Resident Handbook
If you live in one of the apartment communities we manage, this section of our website is just for you.
You can pay rent in person by using the rent drop slot at your property manager’s office, or you can mail it to the address for your manager’s office, which is shown below.
Your rent payment is due on the first day of every month. If we don’t receive your payment by midnight on the fifth day of the month, there is a $35.00 late fee and you may receive a termination notice. Please pay with a check or money order — we do not accept payments in cash. If your payment is returned by the bank for non-sufficient funds, you will also be assessed a $35.00 fee. If you have any questions regarding rent payment, please contact your property manager.
